Daniel Goleman released his book, “Primal Leadership” in 2002 which covers six types of leadership styles used by great leaders. In this presentation, Lance will be covering all six of Daniel Goleman’s  leadership personalities in detail as well as reviewing when each type is appropriate and what personality types best suits each style.  At the end of this presentation you will walk away with a thorough understanding of each type of leader and when you should implement each style; as well as, a general idea of which styles tend to work best over the long term and which styles should only be applied on a short term limited basis. This presentation is all about knowing yourself as a leader.
