Why Project Management is Crucial to Cybersecurity

Working with a team including an experienced project manager can help ensure that projects are executed smoothly, completed on time, stay on budget and that nothing falls through the cracks in the course of implementation which can make such solution to be vulnerable in the future. In this presentation, we will first cover the need for cybersecurity and cybersecurity projects, some of the projects you can expect to encounter, and how project management fits in both strategically and tactically.
