Fundamentals of Scrum

Scrum is an agile process most commonly used for product development, especially software development. Scrum is a project management framework applicable to any project with aggressive deadlines, complex requirements and a degree of uniqueness. While there are many Agile methodologies, Josh and Jeremy will present an interactive introduction to common misperceptions and misuses of Scrum.  They will discuss Scrum’s core principles, define Scrum team roles, and illustrate Scrum best practices to help you to get the most out of your teams.

NEW: Special Rate for Students (with valid student ID).
