This 1.5 day workshop will teach you how to establish the objectives of communications, structure them for diverse audiences, adapt them to different project meeting types and stakeholders, and use the communication tools in select business situations.  You will learn how to be more organized and communicate effectively by practicing these concepts and by receiving feedback on how to improve your performance.

The instructors have enjoyed successful management careers, managing projects and leading teams. Niraj Kumar is trained in Business and Engineering. He currently leads a team of managers and system engineers for a large insurance company. He has made numerous presentations to business audience, professional associations and university students. Larry LeMay is trained in Psychology & Behavioral Science. He honed his public speaking skills teaching scuba instructor classes to clients, such as the Air Force Academy, the University of Colorado at Boulder and others.
