Please join us for our September dinner meeting!
Michelle Esposito will be presenting on utilizing agile to manage project change.
The nature of projects is change.
Responding to change quickly without negatively impacting quality is a challenge—but it is always the client’s most basic expectation.
As the owner of quality delivery, how can a project manager balance the workload of the team, address the client’s need, and stay sane? By embracing agile, a proven framework that enables incremental delivery and continuous improvement with self-directed teams working toward a common goal.

We meet each month at Ralph & Kacoo's Restaurant located near Mall of Louisiana. Look forward to seeing you there!
For those who currently hold PMI certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PgMP, etc.), you will receive 1.5 PDUs for your attendance at this event.
Michelle Esposito is a Professional Scrum Master and Client Program Manager at Sparkhound, a consulting firm that has embraced an agile philosophy for project implementation. Join us for September’s PMI meeting, where we will hear about the transformation of a large Sparkhound project from chaos to organized by adoption of agile tenants. Michelle is an agile evangelist who has managed development teams in waterfall, agile, and blended development environments. She believes in managing her work and life in an agile framework. And she’ll give a cookie to anyone who accurately counts the number of times she says “agile” in Thursday’s presentation.
