Artificial intelligence is rapidly moving from an emerging technology to an integral part of how organizations operate, make decisions, and deliver value. But what does this transformation really mean for project managers?
In this engaging and thought-provoking session, Dr. Andrew Schwarz, Professor of Information Systems at Louisiana State University, will explore the evolving AI landscape, the organizations leading the transformation, and the opportunities and challenges AI presents for the workplace. Moving beyond the hype surrounding generative AI, the discussion will examine how AI is reshaping organizational capabilities, changing the nature of work, and redefining the skills needed to lead successful projects.
Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of where AI is headed, what developments deserve their attention, and how project managers can position themselves to lead rather than simply react to the AI transformation.

The presentation begins at 6:00 PM. PMI Credential Holders will be awarded 1.0 Business Acumen, Ways of Working, and 0.25 Power Skills PDU's for attendance. PDU's will be reported on behalf of the active PMI Baton Rouge Chapter members.
