Larry LeMay has presented on various topics at scuba diving conferences. He has directed and refined scuba instructor courses, as the Course Director for the National Association of Underwater Instructors.

 Larry is with Ford, Bacon & Davis, LLC.  He has12 years experience planning and initiating in-plant safety projects.  He has diversified experience in planning, scheduling, and executing projects for the refining, polymer and petrochemical industries.  He has extensive experience in managing and developing database tools for engineering and construction projects. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Niraj Kumar is passionate about business and entrepreneurship, and has mentored and judged startup competitions for many years. He also served as a guest lecturer to business students, sharing his knowledge of team building, branding and project management. Niraj blogs at www.leadproje.com, combining his expertise in project management, business and leadership.

Niraj is a Director of Business Engineering at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana leading a team of Managers, Engineers and Analysts. He received an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India.  Niraj also holds PMP (Project Management Institute), Strategic Organizational Leadership (Villanova University online) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Integris Performance Advisors) certificates.
