The Menu

50-60 item seasonal salad bar includes appetizers, gourmet vegetables, soups, and salads

Traditional side items and various cuts of beef, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage cards tableside

Non-alcoholic beverages (fountain soda, regular coffee and regular iced tea) with complimentary refills

Dessert (Bananas Foster Pie or Key Lime Pie)

Opportunity to Donate & Give Back to Your Community

This year, the PMI Baton Rouge Chapter is collecting monetary donations to be directed to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank. 

As some of you may know, during the August flooding, their warehouse facilities were also flooded and they lost 600,000 pounds of food. In addition, many of their food pantries were also flooded.

Currently they are working out of temporary facilities on their campus while reconstruction continues.

Their mission is to feed the hungry in Baton Rouge and the surrounding parishes by providing food and educational outreach through faith-based and other community partners.Their organization services 11 parishes. For more information click HERE.
