Claudia Miller and Katherine Blackburn will explore some of the key competencies presented in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) along with examples of organizations in various fields.
From new to seasoned project managers, everyone will find some “pearls of wisdom" in this presentation!

For attending this presentation, 1.5 PDUs will be awarded to those with PMP certifications.
Katherine Blackburn, PMP, EI
Katherine is a junior Project Manager at G.E.C., Inc., an Engineering Consulting Company in Baton Rouge. She was the first employee of GEC to obtain her PMP and has been active in implementing and improving project management at the company for the 3 years she has worked there.

Claudia Miller, PMP, MBA
Claudia is a consultant with The Chartis Group, a national healthcare consulting company. She was instrumental in the creation of the Project Management Office at FMOL Healthcare System and has become an expert in implementing Population Health in healthcare systems across the nation. She is experienced with organizations of various maturity levels in regards to Project Management.
