A behind the scenes look at how a production crew tells the story of a nationally televised football broadcast and in-arena show. Consider the production crew has no idea what will happen for approximately 3 ½ hours with millions of people watching. In this talk, the business acumen needed to work on a nationally televised sporting event will be shared. They include the ability to make split second decisions, time management and organizational skills, practical skills to understand the different jobs, and creative problem solving on the fly.
The meeting begins at 5:30 PM with networking and socializing. The presentation starts at 6:00 PM.
Please make sure to register early as capacity is limited to 45 participants.
PDUs will be issued on behalf of credentialed PMI BR members - 1.5 PDUs for attendance.

Albert Dupont, Jr.
Technology Coordinator | Loyola University
Albert Dupont is the technology coordinator for the Loyola University School of Communication and Design in New Orleans overseeing the broadcast operations and studios. He has worked for over 30 years in sports videography and production and 18 years in education.
Albert started his broadcast career as a producer at KATC in Lafayette, then moved to WAFB in Baton Rouge. Albert ended his commercial broadcast career at WVUE in New Orleans as a sports and news videographer. After a broadcast career, he switched to education, starting the broadcast program at the St. Charles Parish Public Schools Satellite Center and then transitioned to Loyola University in New Orleans.
While in education, he continued to work freelance as a videographer for the Saints “Outside the Huddle” show and then as a freelance replay and camera operator for the Saints and Pelicans. He has worked two Super Bowls and multiple NCAA National Championship games.
Albert is from Houma, Louisiana, a graduate of Nicholls State University, and lives in Kenner.
