Proper change management is a critical key control in understanding and properly securing the IT infrastructure.  In any organization—especially those with highly complex or sensitive technology infrastructure—undocumented changes and configurations can put the integrity, confidentiality, or accessibility of information at risk.  In this session, Tracey will provide valuable insight into the importance of change management and its role in high-performing and mature organizations.

Tracey Webb is a veteran of the US Armed Forces with over 30 years of experience across many areas of leadership, communications, and information security.  His work experience spans a number of Fortune 100 companies in the MSP/MSSP, energy, medical financial, logistics, and education verticals.  Tracey is currently the Director of Information and Cyber Security operations at Global Data Systems, an award-winning Managed Networking and Security Services Provider headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
