The discussion will be centered around the functional areas of the Advanced Work Packaging, EPC, and EPCM methodologies. We will also cover the importance of knowing the difference of EPC vs EPCM and as an organization what your role is in a prime contractor of subcontractor role.
In addition, we will address the beneficial characteristics in applying Earned Value Management in all aspects of Project Management to include all 5 stages of the project life cycle.
The problem statement that will be answered is how are all these methodologies integrated and how do we apply them functionally to be successful?
PMI Baton Rouge is collaborating with the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACE) for this event.
The mission of AACE International is to enhance professional skills and knowledge to improve the predictability of cost and schedule performance across the entire life cycle of your assets, programs, and projects.
Meeting begins at 5:30 pm with networking and socializing. Presentation begins at 6:00 pm.
PMI Credential Holders will be awarded 1.5 PDU's for attendance (Talent Triangle: 1.5 Ways of Working - formerly Technical)
