Pump up your Professional Development
As Project Managers, we are continually challenged to adapt to ever-shifting circumstances and are always looking for new ways to expand our knowledge base on how to become more efficient in our roles. In order to effectively manage change and others, we must realize that the most important project we will ever manage is ourselves. We are all a work in progress and maintaining a growth mindset is crucial to our success strategies.
Professional development is the set of tools, resources and training that allows professionals to further their knowledge in different subject areas and allows for the opportunity to learn new techniques.
In this session, we will focus on different strategies to diversify our skill sets and better prepare us to take action against whatever business challenges arise. We will also do a deep-dive into the PMI.org Talent Triangle and categories for earning the Professional Development Units required to meet the 3-year cycle requirement for certification holders.
My goal is to energize you with information and get you pumped up about looking for creative ways to continue building upon your professional body of knowledge!
