VALUE Framework for Project and Portfolio Management

Understanding how leaders make decisions gives project managers unparalleled insight and ability to influence project outcomes. This discussion illustrates the types of value executives use projects to capture. This knowledge is often within the wheelhouse of project managers to curate and is a critical input when selecting which competing project to implement.  A framework is provided that standardizes communication with executive stakeholders and allows multiple projects within a program or portfolio to be easily contrasted.
